Plum Creek Condominiums: Welcome to Our Community

Mark Blakeslee has served on the board of the Plum Creek Condominium Association for several years now, first as the treasurer, then as President for several years, and most recently as a Board Member. During his time on the board, he organized the search for a new management company that led to the selection of Casa Bella, as well as created and maintained the Plum Creek web page, Facebook page, and email list for the Plum Creek condos community.

Mark’s goal on the board is to build a plan that preserves and enhances the value of our investments in the condos in Sterling Heights, Michigan, through community upkeep and improvements that everyone will benefit from. He purchased his property in 2005 and recognizes how great Plum Creek is, knowing we can achieve even greater things if we begin to communicate and hold each other accountable for the success of our community in Plum Creek, Monroe, MI.

Professionally, Mark works as an Integration Architect for SiteOne Landscape Supply, collaborating with a variety of companies and personalities to help ensure their success.

I have been a resident of Plum Creek for just over nineteen years. As a professionally trained CAD Designer with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration, along with certificates in Computer Programming and Auto CAD, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the community. My greatest strength lies in my extensive experience working with a diverse range of people, problems, and environments. This background enables me to effectively respond to any type of situation, personality, or behavior that I encounter. 

I intend to continue leveraging these strengths for the betterment and ongoing improvement of Plum Creek, particularly within the Plum Creek Condominium Association. I aim to enhance our neighborhood by focusing on the value of our Plum Creek condos, protecting our community from unruly neighbors by implementing necessary rules and regulations. Being involved with a Plum Creek HOA positions you to influence and enforce regulations that directly affect property value, especially regarding the association's budget and routine maintenance. I want to see our association remain strong, preserving the values of our homes and fostering a safe, family-oriented community in Plum Creek Monroe, MI.
